Our Kilimanjaro Treks

Kilimanjaro overview

Mount Kilimanjaro (5895m) is the highest mountain in Africa and one of the world’s most iconic trekking challenges. Unlike many high-altitude peaks, Kilimanjaro can be climbed without technical mountaineering experience, making it an achievable but still demanding adventure for those with good fitness and determination.

The journey takes you through a variety of incredible landscapes, beginning in lush rainforest before climbing through moorland, alpine desert and finally reaching the glaciers and summit crater at Uhuru Peak. Reaching the summit is a truly unforgettable moment and a bucket-list achievement for adventurers around the world.

There are several different routes to the summit, each offering a slightly different experience in terms of scenery, difficulty and acclimatisation. Popular routes include the Machame Route and the Lemosho Route. Most climbs take between 6 and 9 days, with longer itineraries providing better acclimatisation and higher summit success rates.

Because Kilimanjaro expeditions require a larger support team, park permits and detailed logistics, we organise each climb individually to suit your schedule, preferred route and experience level.

Prices start from £2350 per person depending on the chosen route, duration and group size.
